Introduction:
I've developed two javascript calculators. The original basic calculator (below) doesn't calculate the product of probabilities, of all mutations selected (using the Product Rule). So I developed a new calculator to do this, found at the following

Basic Javascript Probabilities Calculator
The following basic probabilities calculator is used by selecting the genotypes for both the male and female parents, then clicking the "calculate" button to produce the offspring genotype probabilities. Mutations are listed by previous categories (ie secondary patterns, diluters, etc) Select heterozygous or homozygous for each mutation (wild type is the default, and is not selected). The Calculator works out percentage probabilities, phenotypes and genotypes for each locus, but doesn't calculate the probabilities in total for selection of alleles from multiple loci. A main photo window (starting with the wildtype male and female) is changed by some selections of mutations. I didn't complete this photo gallery when I extended the mutation list.
